Nigeria and Napoli forward Victor Osimhen<\/a> has been named as the most valuable striker in Transfermarkt's latest update of Africa's most valuable XI.<\/p>\n

The celebrated statistics and transfer market website Transfermarkt.com revealed this astounding Africa's most valuable XI players recently.<\/p>\n

Osimhen has, without doubts, been the best and most sought-out striker out of Africa at the moment following his record-setting campaign for Napoli with 26 Serie A goals last season that culminated in the club's first Scudetto win in 33 years.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old Nigerian also played a key part in the Super Eagles AFCON qualification, finishing as the top goal scorer with 10 goals to ensure the Eagles place in the competition to be staged in Ivory Coast next January.<\/p>\n

The current Serie A best striker<\/a> has also contributed 6 goals in the ongoing 2023\/24 season for Napoli in the Serie A, although a hamstring injury has sidelined him for at least six weeks.<\/p>\n
